Drawn Boxes
Greg J. Hayes
Drawn Boxes is a collection of 37 5" x 8" drawings. Each drawing contains an arrangement of small drawn squares on either graph paper or on a photocopy of a previous drawing on graph paper. The title of each drawing corresponds to the number of boxes drawn on that sheet of paper, and prompts questions about what is drawn and what is copied, what is original and what has changed, what does it mean if you can't tell the difference?
